Meet the Team

Just like a band, every member of our team brings their distinct talent for design and development across different real estate asset classes including multifamily, residential home building and senior living, among others. When the collaboration happens, the result is undeniable.

Lance Huante

Founder & CEO

Lance launched P11 in 1989 with a relentless drive to build an exciting studio with the best possible talent delivering exceptional creativity and service. And that passion still exists today with every client and project we take on.

Areas of expertise: Creative vision, art direction, client interaction, business development, long hours, and endless emails.

Passions: Family, running, hiking, mid-century architecture, live music, and mosh pits.

First album:  Elton John • Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
I was 8 years old and mailed in Viva Paper Towel proof-of-purchase seals to get it. My older sister picked it out, and to this day, it’s still in rotation. A perfect album.

Jasvina Gill

CEO

With a lifelong passion for the real estate industry, Jas is a 1-woman powerhouse ready to tackle anything and everything.

Areas of expertise: Brand personality, strategic thinking and connecting people.

Passions: Traveling, hiking, volunteering, food and wine!

First album:  KC and The Sunshine Band • Self-Titled
When I was 11 my uncle took me to get this. I remember my friends and I making up dance routines to the songs. Good times.

KENDALL CARRE

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Kendall is a highly successful key player in the real estate industry, proving again and again her valuable marketing expertise and resilience with for-sale, senior, and multi-family communities as well as architecture and interior design firms.

Areas of expertise: Marketing, creative development and direction, strategic planning, team building, client relations, and the written word (yes, it’s still a thing!)

Passions: Beach life, travel, fashion and design, a good pinot noir, making a difference, and enjoying time with family and friends.

First album:  Elton John • Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Honestly, it wasn’t so much this album, but the track “Bennie and the Jets” was my first awakening to rock & roll music and the world of being a “wannabe” teen. At 9 years old, I knew this music was different and cool, so I took my .99 cents allowance and bought the 45 single. Then I had to have the album, and I have loved Elton John ever since!

Dan Webster

Senior Digital Development Director

Dan leads the way for custom site plan, floor plan and interactive touch screen components. He continually hones his code as well as interface layout for a better end user experience. The final result is a product that specifically addresses the client’s needs and stands out from many of the cookie-cutter components on the market today.

Areas of expertise: Programming, innovation, design, and team building.

Passions: Surfing, mountain biking, and playing guitar.

First album:  Styx • Paradise Theatre
I was 11 and totally mesmerized not only by the album cover but by the whole concept behind it. And the songs were pretty good too.

Kris Brown

Web Development Director

Don’t let Kris’ chill and easygoing demeanor fool you. He’s a programming wizard that brings websites to life. He’s a graphic designer’s best friend.

Areas of expertise: Interactive animation, programming, website navigation, design, and user experience.

Passions: Family time, home improvement, snowboarding, biking, and visiting local breweries.

First album:  ZZ Top • Eliminator
This album was huge when it first came out, especially if you lived in Texas. I was about 9 years old and begged my mom to get it for me.

Russell Yarwood

Digital Marketing Director

A full-stack developer and marketing professional with 25+ years of experience in real estate industry. Russell is deeply committed to quality work and quality service and prides himself on solid understanding in every aspect of digital marketing.

Areas of expertise: Development, data analysis, funnel refinement, search optimization, and quality assurance.

Passions: Playing hockey, doodling, hanging out with his wife and daughter, and his dog Maeby.

First album:  Bobby McFerrin
 • Simple Pleasures
I was six at the time and didn’t know any better. Between this and the Crash Test Dummies, I quickly learned that liking a single, doesn’t mean you’ll like the whole album.

Aaron Ludwig

Email Marketing Director

Aaron is our email marketing and interactive expert that makes it all look easy. He’s also got a gift of keeping things organized. He’s our very own “Spark joy” kind of guy.

Areas of expertise: Email marketing, database management, organizational skills, and programming.

Passions: His Tesla, fitness, and Las Vegas.

First album:  Fat Boys
 • Crushin’
Crushin’ may not have been my very first album, but it was definitely the gateway to my appreciation for hip hop music. I felt so cool listening to it over and over, and it was by far the most coveted cassette tape in my collection.  I remember once reciting the lyrics out loud, and even though they didn’t specifically include swear words, I was scolded by my mom.

Neal Burns

Web Development Manager

Neal is our overall superhero when it comes to website design and functionality. Clients love working with him because he is always on top of what needs to happen next to save the day and is so darn nice.

Areas of expertise: Programming, consistency, client relations.

Passions: Playing bass guitar in a cover band, working out, and camping.

First album:  Oingo Boingo • Only a Lad
When I got this LP (5th grade?), I was hooked by the band’s energy and humor, even if a lot of the lyrics went over my head. I quickly got so into them that I painted one of their album covers on the back of my black jean jacket. This record still blows me away.

Leigh White

Senior Content Strategist

As the voice of P11, Leigh brings an edge and sensitivity with a love for originality. She was inspired by Bewitched as a child and knew the ad world was for her.

Areas of expertise: Brand positioning, campaign concepting, copywriting, and digital & fine art illustration.

Passions: Direct outreach for the homeless, making art, history and writing/performing poetry.

First album:  The B-52’s • Self-Titled
This is the first album that had me captivated as a kid. It’s the monster of cool, rebellion, love angst, post-punk comedic art school genius. Planet Claire is still one of my go-to songs in the car. I put on my sunglasses, crank it up, and marvel at life on the planet known as So Cal.

Alex Chao

Senior Art Director

Alex has been sharing her design expertise at P11 since 2001. Highly skilled and thoughtful, she is an endless source of ideas and ready to elevate the client’s image with intelligent and enduring solutions.

Areas of expertise: Branding, visual concepting, art direction, design, traditional and digital image making

Passions: Learning and creating, hiking, baking, and exploring new places near and far with her daughter.

First album:  SOUNDGARDEN • SUPERUNKNOWN
The year was 1994. I saved up from summer jobs and bought a Sony boombox. I’d listen to KROQ and cassettes and CDs that my friends made for me — Alice in Chains, Rage, Tool, NIN, Beastie Boys, etc. Superunknown and Jar of Flies got a lot of play that summer.

Wayne Yong

Senior Designer

Steady and serene, Wayne is easy to work with and very talented. He sees the big picture as well as the details. He always makes our clients look good.

Areas of expertise: Digital illustration, presentation art, leasing/sales office displays and signage programs.

Passions: Golf, traveling, exploring the outdoors, classic cars and cooking.

First album:  John Williams • The Star Wars soundtrack
Probably the earliest I could remember was getting this album after the movie came out. I stood in that line around the building at Big Newport and went back to watch it again.

Matt Johnson

Senior Designer

Methodical, polite, and curious, Matt takes real ownership of the quality of his work, sets a good example to follow, and is open to taking on any task.

Areas of expertise: SEO, digital illustration, design, and accuracy.

Passions: Martial Arts, spicy food, learning new things, and his family.

First album:  Eric Johnson • Ah Via Musicom
First album I ever purchased when I was 16. My dad’s friend heard I played guitar and gave me a pirated cassette of this album. I popped it into my Walkman, hopped on to my 10-speed, and listened to the first two tracks on the way to the store. I think I set a land speed record getting there. I bought the CD (and a portable CD player) at The Wherehouse.

Ryan Ruppert

Senior Art Director

Self-motivated and with a modern sense of style, Ryan’s signatures are his sleek layouts, elegant branding, and eye for photography.

Areas of expertise: Graphic design, typography, and branding.

Passions: Making art, collecting vinyl records, and enjoying Napa.

First album:  Metallica • LOAD
I can’t remember my first album, but I can remember my first Metallica Album, LOAD. Contains one of my favorite all time songs, “Outlaw Torn,” which I was fortunate enough to see performed live with the San Francisco Symphony in 2019.

Emile Sawaya

Senior Designer

Some people are just born with the innate ability to know technology. Emile is one of those people. Besides being a talented designer, he’s another intuitive problem solver.

Areas of expertise: Audio/visual technology, site plans, floor plans, and ad management.

Passions: Homebrewing, movies, hiking, family, and his dogs.

First album:  Michael Jackson
 • Thriller
My Dad bought the album for my brother and I. He played it for us on his Technics SL-5 record player. I still enjoy listening to it today on the same exact record player that is still working 40 years later.

Bridgette McAuliffe

Digital Marketing Manager

Bridgette is a social media-obsessed marketing practitioner that is excited to be a part of the P11 team. Her passion for story-telling drives her to develop creative and engaging campaigns to reach any audience.

Areas of expertise: Marketing and Advertising on Meta, Linkedin, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and new/emerging platforms. Organic Social Media Management. Location-targeted advertising. Geofencing. Copywriting. Comprehensive Reporting & Analytics

Passions: When she’s not at work, Bridgette spends her time training as a competitive ballroom dancer and performs in musical theatre productions. She performs ballroom, salsa, contemporary, and many other styles around Nashville. She also loves doting on her cat, Binx.

First album:  Taylor Swift • Self-Titled
I remember when Taylor Swift dropped her self-titled EP. Since I bought that first CD, I started collecting her releases. It was the first I used my own money to buy. The first CD that was given to me was The Backstreet Boys.

Cindy Meadors

Studio Coordinator

As the official front desk face of P11, Cindy keeps everything in the studio running smoothly. Her smile and sense of humor is the best.

Areas of expertise: Office management, accounting, team events.

Passions: Photography, cooking, Bruce Springsteen, the P11 pets and her kids.

First album:  Elton John • Self-Titled
This was actually his 2nd album but the first one I purchased. It was 1970 and I was in middle school Elton John became my favorite artist and to this day he still is constantly on my playlist. I love Elton and Bernie Taupin for giving me so many cherished songs throughout my life. Saw him once at Madison Square Garden where he came out on 6 foot stilts dressed as the Statue of Liberty. Priceless!

Milo

Chief Doodle-r

New to the P11 squad in 2021 is Milo. He’s our current Branch Manager/Chief Doodle-r and carries on the tradition of our dog-friendly studio. Clients and vendors love him because of his endless paws-itivity.

Areas of expertise: Client relations, looking adorbs, collections/fetching, shaking hands, chillin, kisses, high fives, sitting and staying, having the softest fur on the planet, and nose boops.

Passions: Napping, treats, long walks, more treats, road trips, belly rubs, and listening to his favorite Pink Floyd album Bark Side of the Moon.

First album:  Baha Men • Who Let The Dogs Out
Even though I’m Generation Alpha, I’m 90s old school at heart. Baha Men asked one of life’s biggest and most poignant philosophical questions — Who Let the Dogs Out? And it resonates with me.
