We love how many of our clients have active amenities in their communities. North River Ranch’s master-planned community in Parrish, FL, has incredible walking, jogging, and biking trails in addition to a bike share program, plus all kinds of water-centric fun at their new amenity hub, Camp Creek. SALT’s new condominiums in Oceanside, CA, have surfboard and bike storage to make beach city life even easier. Epoca at Otay Mesa, CA, has lots of parks for playing and enjoying the sun. Kali‘u Ala Moana in Honolulu has Pickleball, a dog park, a modern fitness center, a swimming pool, and more. And don’t get us started on all the great amenities and activities our active adult clients are offering residents with everything from Pickleball to Zumba.
