At P11, we believe in celebrating the milestones that define our journey as a team and as a family. Today, we honor a significant chapter in our story. P11’s Senior Designer Wayne Yong marks the end of an era at P11 and the beginning of a well-deserved next adventure for him.

For 25+ years, Wayne has been a pillar of P11, helping to shape our vision and the spirit of everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside him. His reliability, leadership, design creativity, and unwavering commitment have left an indelible mark on our organization, setting a standard of excellence that will continue to inspire us. Affectionately referred to as “Coach Wayne”, he has been a visionary mentor and a constant source of encouragement for team members inside and outside of work. Wayne’s contributions are etched into the DNA of P11. He’s had his hands on everything regarding real estate marketing, including collateral, signage systems, floor plans, site plans, leasing/sales office displays, pitch decks, ads, maps, collateral, direct mail, and more.

While it’s difficult to say goodbye to someone who has been such a vital part of our story, we are excited for Wayne to embrace this new chapter. Whether he’s hiking, traveling far and wide, playing pickleball (which he loves), spending more time with his family, or simply enjoying the well-earned relaxation, we know he will bring the same enthusiasm and spirit to this next phase as he has to P11. Wayne, from all of us at P11, thank you for your vision, your leadership, and, most importantly, your heart. We’re going to miss you, Coach!
